I'm very excited to announce that Piloxing will soon be making it's way onto my class timetable! Piloxing is interval training that combines Pilates, Boxing and Dance!

It's been voted by many magazines as one of the hottest trends to try in 2014. I will of course update you all on when you can expect to see the launch class.

Here is a description from the Piloxing website, to explain in more details what it's all about!
