Just a quick reminder that there will be no classes between Wednesday 11th September and Friday 20th September. Please click on the relevant tabs above for more information on your usual class.
Classes will be running as usual on Monday the 9th and Tuesday the 10th September, and ALL classes will resume as usual as of Monday 23rd September.
Courses:
The next 8 week Boxercise course starts on Tuesday 24th September, 7pm at Muscliff School
The next 6 week HIIT course starts on Saturday 28th September, 11am at Epiphany School
