Below is a list of all the classes and courses running in November & December. If you would like any further information please feel free to ask.
AEROBICS (Suitable for All Fitness Levels):
Tuesdays, 9:30am-10:15am at Moordown Community Centre, Coronation Avenue, BH9 1TW. There will be no class on Tuesday 24th or 31st December 2013. Please bring an exercise mat with you to this class.
Wednesdays, 6:30pm-7:15pm at Epiphany School, Shillingstone Drive, BH9 3PE. There will be no class on Wednesday 25th December 2013 or 1st January 2014. Please bring an exercise mat with you to this class.
Aerobics is £5 pay as you go or £15 per calendar month for your chosen class.
Wednesdays, 7:30pm-8:20pm at Epiphany School, Shillingstone Drive, BH9 3PE. There will be no class on Wednesday 25th Decmber 2013 or 1st January 2014.
Bokwa is £5 per session or £15 per calendar month.
A one off charity class will be held on Sunday 1st December at 2pm, Bournemouth Electric Club. Tickets are £10 and available through me: firstname.lastname@example.org The event is raising money for the honeypot children's charity.
An eight week course starts on Tuesday 19th November, 7pm-8pm at Muscliff Primary School, Broadway Lane, BH8 0AB. Places must be booked in advance for this course. Eight weeks is £60 and this fee includes your own pair of gloves and wraps to keep. Rejoining members fee is £40. Now also includes body composition testing on weeks one and eight. There will be no class on the 24th or 31st December, therefore the 8 weeks finish on Tuesday 21st jANUARY 2014.

1-7 Jameson Road
Saturday 23rd November, 11am-12pm
The four week courses are £20 and you will require your own kettlebell (4kg for women and 6kg for men). Places must be booked and paid for in advance.
The next six week course will be starting in February 2014. High Intensity Interval Training is a great class if you want maximum calorie burn in minimal time, each week your class gets harder, but you only push yourself really hard for short bursts, with recovery periods in between.
