HIIT is well known for its fat burning, body shaping and increased fitness benefits without the need to spend hours in the gym. Research suggests that short, higher intensity workouts provide fantastic results. This class is only 30 minutes, including a warm up and cool down and each week you'll be given four different exercises to the weeks before so you'll target all of your major muscle groups. Better still, this HIIT is for EVERYONE, you'll be given levels of each exercise and you choose which variation will push you to your own limit!
HIIT doesn't have to be high impact - You'll be given low impact options too! However, by working at near maximum effort for a short period of time followed by resting and repeating the exercise will be certain to give you an effective workout.
This class will be offered as both pay as you go for members who can't commit to block booking, and there will be discounts available for those wishing to pay upfront for six weeks, and further discounts for those who participate in Kettlercise before HIIT.
