HIIT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) has been a popular style of training incorporated at many of my classes over the years including HIIT vs Bootcamp and my current small group training class - Sculpt & Burn

Monday's 7:40pm - 8:10pm at Epiphany School, BH9 3PE. £30 for six consecutive weeks, you can start your six week block on a date to suit you. Classes due to resume after lockdown 2.0 on 7th December 2020.

There will be no classes on 21st and 28th December so these weeks will not be included in your booking. No classes on Bank Holidays.

Email info@fitnessquest.co.uk to book your place.

Due to Covid-19 HIIT is not currently offered as a pay as you go class.

Please read the Covid-19 policy before returning to class.

You are required to sign in to class online each week, this opens 48 hours before the class start time and you should cancel your space should you no longer be able to attend.

You must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before your first session.

HIIT is well known for its fat burning, body shaping and increased fitness benefits without the need to spend hours in the gym. Research suggests that short, higher intensity workouts provide fantastic results. This class is only 30 minutes, including a warm up and cool down and each week you'll be given four different exercises to the weeks before so you'll target all of your major muscle groups. Better still, this HIIT is for EVERYONE, you'll be given levels of each exercise and you choose which variation will push you to your own limit!

HIIT doesn't have to be high impact - You'll be given low impact options too! However, by working at near maximum effort for a short period of time followed by resting and repeating the exercise will be certain to give you an effective workout.

This class will be offered as both pay as you go for members who can't commit to block booking, and there will be discounts available for those wishing to pay upfront for six weeks, and further discounts for those who participate in Kettlercise before HIIT.
